And you don’t have to worry that the high water content of the pear will affect the consistency of the recipe, because the patented Soft-DRY® dehydration process removes it without affecting the properties of the fruit.


These are the ingredients used to prepare the crunchy chocolate and dehydrated pear bars
- 55 g Dehydrated Pear Vitaina

45 g pistachio nuts

30 g hazelnuts

75 g almonds

140 g extra virgin coconut oil

100 g dark chocolate
-
40 g cocoa
-
50 g honey
-
20 g milk
-
150 g puffed rice
What to do to prepare the crunchy chocolate and dehydrated pear bars:
Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil. Then add the cocoa and leave to cool.
Mix the honey and milk together and add to the chocolate mixture with the aid of a whisk.
Coarsely chop the dried fruit and add to the chocolate mixture. Add the Vitaina dehydrated pear and puffed rice.
Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper, trying not to spread it too thinly. Place in the freezer for 1 hour. Once set, cut into 12 bars and serve.
