Orders

How can I cancel my order?

If you contact us (Mon-Fri from 9: 00-16: 00) it will be possible to cancel the order up to 30 minutes after completing it.

To cancel an order you should call us immediately or send us an email providing your order number, which you can find in the email received at the address indicated during the payment.

If you have already received your tracking link, automatic cancellation will not be possible.

If automatic cancellation is not possible, you can refuse the package to the courier and once returned to our warehouse, in case the payment has already taken place, we will proceed with the refund.

Can I change the delivery address?

We try to process orders as fast as possible, so there is very little time to change the address.

The best thing is to simply contact us as soon as possible by phone or chat on the site.

If you have already received the confirmation email with the tracking code, unfortunately we can not do anything.

Can I change the products after completing the order?

Unfortunately it is not possible to modify the products after completing an order. You can contact us by phone from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00 and if your order has not already been taken over from the warehouse, we will have the opportunity to cancel it and invite you to make a new one by choosing the products you want.

Returns

How long does it take to process a return?

We process our returns manually, this can take some time. We check the returned goods and refund the amount through the same payment method used initially. In the case of payment on delivery it will be possible to choose between a credit to be used with the next order or alternatively we will need to communicate your bank details so that we can refund you by bank transfer.

If you do not receive a refund three weeks after returning the package, please contact us.

How does the right of withdrawal work?

It may happen that our products do not meet your expectations. If the products have been opened, you are still entitled to the return guarantee within 14 days of receiving the package. You will have to return the products received to the following address:

How can I get the free return label?

If you wish to return products that are still sealed, you can request a return label directly from us.

Where should I enter my discount code?

You can enter your discount code in the cart, under the product list in the “Discount voucher code” box, making sure to click on the “Apply Promotional Code” button later.

Alternatively, you can also enter the code during the payment process, by clicking at the top before the form for the address on the “I have a promotional code” button

Why are some Soft-DRY ® products drier than others on the market?

By not using any type of additive and / or preservative, to ensure a prolonged shelf-life we must reduce the residual humidity inside the dehydrated product to a minimum.

If a softer product is desired, we recommend leaving it in the air for at least 30 minutes.

Soft-DRY® products will thus be able to absorb the humidity of the surrounding environment and become more palatable and soft to your palate.

I have an allergy / intolerance, which products can I order?

None of our products contain lactose, gluten or other allergens, as indicated by Reg. 1169/2011. They are therefore all safe for the consumption of celiac and lactose intolerant.

In the case of specific allergies, however, we recommend consulting your allergist.

Which products are most suitable for children?

The feeding of children must be varied and complete.
It is not uncommon for children to be unwilling to take fresh fruit and vegetables.

The use of fruit, dehydrated with the Soft-DRY® method, represents a valid alternative, providing all the nutrients and fibers of fresh fruit.

Our idea is to further expand the choice of products and also prepare mixes of multiple types to satisfy the preferences of small consumers.

What can I use before and after exercise / sports activity?

Each type of muscle activity first consumes sugars. Dehydrated fruit in this case helps us make sugars, not only beneficial during training but also a valuable source useful for post-workout recovery.

In addition, many vitamins and minerals (so-called micronutrients) are also consumed in every physical activity, which must be restored and integrated daily. Our products, in particular those with a high content of potassium and magnesium, are precious allies in the prevention of muscle cramps and in the improvement of muscle contraction.

For post-exercise recovery, and to compensate for the natural production of free radicals, we recommend products with a high manganese and copper content, as they help the body to produce antioxidants.

I am pregnant / breastfeeding, is there any product I should avoid?

In pregnancy and breastfeeding, products that can directly or indirectly cause harm to the fetus or newborn baby should be avoided. Dehydrated fruit is a safe product for consumption, both pregnant and lactating.

Particular attention should be paid only to Ginger, of which moderate consumption is generally recommended.

I always feel tired, which product can help me recover energy?

Sometimes tiredness results from a lack of micronutrients and a poor body’s ability to assimilate the energy contained in food or to efficiently use its energy reserves.

Many of our products, especially fruits, contain a high quantity of vitamins. Vitamins help the body to work properly and better absorb the nutrients contained in food.

I get sick easily in winter, how can I strengthen my immune system?

During the winter we are more likely to contract diseases such as colds and flu since our body, which is continually subject to bad weather, reduces its defense capacity. Vitamin C helps improve our body’s ability to make antibodies. Therefore, in this case, the consumption of products with a high content of vitamin C is useful.

My skin is always dry, even though I drink a lot of water. What products can improve the condition of my skin?

The skin is an organ responsible for defending the body, as a barrier it is composed of many layers of cells that over time die, fall and are replaced by new cells. It is important that the skin is nourished both from the outside and from the inside with the right foods. Vitamin E and vitamin A are valuable allies for improving the health of skin cells.
