Our red organic kiwi is dehydrated below 40 °C using the patented antioxidative cold dehydration method Soft-DRY®, which only extracts the water from the fruit. Unlike the conventional drying processes, this innovative method is able to preserve the natural and authentic taste, colour and the healthy properties, such as vitamins and minerals.
