Dehydrated apple vegetarian burger with spinach

Vegetable burgers with dehydrated apples are an extremely easy and healthy vegetarian recipe!

Depending on the vegetables you use in the soup, you can add your own vitamins; Vitaina organic dehydrated apples will also provide the right amount of fibre and potassium!

And, not to be underestimated, veggie and apple burgers are very popular with children, who like to eat fruit and vegetables this way and can even help you prepare the dish!

Ingredients for 4 persons

First cook the minestrone in an oiled pan and season with salt and pepper.

Mix with 15 g dried green apples and breadcrumbs in a blender.

Once the mixture is formed into burgers, roll them lightly in the breadcrumbs.

In a hot frying pan, add the oil and cook the burgers.

In the meantime, prepare the spinach and dried green apple salad and the yoghurt sauce by adding oil, salt, pepper and, if you wish, some herbs.

Once the burgers are browned, put them on your plate and get ready to eat them!
