Red Lentil Dhal is a typical dish of Indian cuisine, very colorful and fragrant!
We have prepared a version enriched with the exotic scents of Coconut, Ginger and Turmeric Vitaina, all cold dehydrated with the patented Soft-DRY® system, which maintains not only the scent, but also all the nutritional properties of these precious natural ingredients.
Dhal can be served as a soup, as a side dish, or as a single dish because it is rich in protein thanks to the lentils, in energetic and toning properties thanks to the coconut and in purifying and detoxifying properties thanks to the spices, first of all ginger and turmeric.
It is also a perfect recipe for those who follow a vegan diet!
