Tiramisu is the Italian dessert par excellence, one of the most delicious and popular in the world.

Obviously, there are endless versions of it: we have created a typically Christmas one,

really delicious, very easy to prepare and great to serve as a spoon dessert!

In this recipe, we could not miss our dehydrated pineapple, fruit always present on the table during the holidays, thanks to its digestive properties. Let’s not forget that it is also an excellent source of manganese and vitamin C! In addition, Vitaina Dehydrated Pineapple comes from organic crops and is cold dehydrated with the patented Soft-DRY® system to keep all its nutritional properties intact.

Using an electric whisk, beat egg yolks with sugar until frothy. Add the mascarpone and continue to mix for 5 min.

Rehydrate 180 g of pineapple by soaking it for 15 minutes in warm water and a teaspoon of marsala. Drain the pineapple keeping the syrup obtained aside. Soak the panettone cubes in the syrup and create the first layer of the small glasses. Next, place a layer of mascarpone cream on top, then add the rehydrated pineapple slices. Alternate the layers until the glasses are complete. Finish with a sprinkling of cocoa and two slices of dehydrated pineapple.
