50g Almond flour
75g Maple syrup
42g olio di cocco

How to make vegan macaroons with Vitaina’s coconut and yellow kiwi
Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat.
Combine Vitaina’s coconut that you ‘ve previously chopped, coconut oil, syrup, almond flour, vanilla, a pinch of salt in a bowl and mix well.
