- 70 g venison rice
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 50 g songino
- 30 g Vitaina dehydrated mango
- Qb salt
- Qb linseed
- Qb oil
- Qb soy sauce
How to make bowl with venus rise and Vitaina dehydrated mango
Cook the Venus rice in plenty of salted water.
Once cooked, cool it under a jet of cold water to stop it cooking.
Prepare the bowl by inserting the various ingredients: create an even layer of venere rice and arrange the other ingredients in wedges.
Season to taste with oil and salt or alternatively soy sauce.
Finish with a sprinkling of linseed.
